Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in South Delhi in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects and project teams to design interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing space plans, selecting materials and finishes, preparing mood boards, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) with vendors and suppliers. The role involves producing and reviewing drawings, assisting in construction documentation, and ensuring that interior design elements align with the architectural intent and project specifications.

The Interior

Designer will participate in client meetings, present design concepts,



respond to feedback, and support site visits to monitor design implementation and quality. The position requires consistent coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts aligned with project requirements.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and coordination between interior design and overall building design.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and documentation related to interior works.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior projects is preferred.
