:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Cloud to join our sales team. As an experienced, you have to manage and generate sales leads, support existing customers, and promote our cloud-based products and solutions. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and assisting in the sales process.

- Sales Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients and introduce them to the company's cloud services, focusing on understanding their needs and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on cloud products, solutions, and services, ensuring you can effectively communicate features, perks, and value to customers.
- Qualification of Leads: Qualify and prioritize leads based on their interest, business needs, and potential value.




- Sales Support: Assist senior sales staff in following up with leads, scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and managing sales pipelines.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies and campaigns that drive cloud product sales.
