About the Role

Madly Talented is building one of India’s most powerful influencer and creator-led marketing ecosystems — and we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands how creators, content, and brands come together.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to execute influencer campaigns end-to-end — from creator sourcing to content delivery to reporting.

If you live on Instagram, understand reels culture, know how influencer campaigns work, and want to grow fast in the creator economy — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Source and onboard influencers across categories (beauty, lifestyle, food, fashion, parenting, etc.)
- Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end (briefing, timelines, approvals, posting, reporting)
- Communicate with creators regarding deliverables, content guidelines, and timelines
- Track live campaigns and ensure content is posted as per brand requirements
- Maintain influencer databases,



pricing, availability, and performance records
- Assist in campaign reporting (reach, engagement, performance insights)
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
- Support senior managers in campaign planning and execution

Who You Are

- 0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media (internships count)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and influencer content formats
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with multiple creators and tight deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about content, creators, and digital culture
