Role Description The Inbox Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for owning and organizing multiple client email inboxes used for outbound campaigns. This role includes monitoring responses to cold email outreach, categorizing and prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely,



professional replies that move qualified leads toward sales appointments.

The Inbox

Manager will follow established playbooks to handle common replies, escalate complex or high-value opportunities to client teams, and keep detailed records of conversations and lead status. Day-to-day tasks involve updating CRM or tracking tools, coordinating with campaign managers on message performance, and flagging insights from prospect feedback to improve targeting and copy. The role also includes replying to all leads within 10 minutes between 9-5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Qualifications

- Strong email management and organization skills, including inbox triage, follow-up tracking, and message categorization.
- Explicit, concise written communication skills for professional email responses and lead nurturing.
- Ability to interpret prospect replies, qualify interest, and follow structured workflows or playbooks to drive bookings.
