*Full time -Remote - Work From Home 5-6 Days per week (Night Shift)

We are authorized by the Government of Canada and The College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants to practice Canadian Immigration Law.

Responsibilities & duties

- Must be well versed with VISA documentation for different Canada VISA types
- Carry out volume immigration casework for Canada, including case initiation, case assessment, case preparation and submission, monitoring progress and follow up on completion
- Must be able to do filing to obtain Visas and other documentation required
- Answer calls, emails and book an appointment with clients for our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
- Acts as dedicated point of contact to clients, providing highly personalized services that meet client needs.
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring that advice is comprehensive and accurate




- Prepare the retainer agreement for our clients and get their signature and keep a good record of each client.
- Interview all clients and deal with all applications and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
- Prepare all fee quotes and agreements and any information required by clients
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.

Education Requirements

- LLB or LLM degree preferred, recent graduate welcome to apply
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Salary

- Starting 20,000.00 - 25,0000.00 INR per month
- Probation period - 3 months

Experience Requirement

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Canada Immigration Field
