We at Verdantas are seeking an Identity & Access Management Administrator to manage user lifecycle activities, access provisioning, and identity governance across AD and Entra ID. The role will support MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, access reviews, and PowerShell automation to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Perform joiner‑mover‑leaver operations; manage identities, attributes, and groups across AD/Entra ID.
- Administer MFA enrollments, authentication methods, and Conditional Access changes under change control.
- Onboard applications to SSO using established patterns; maintain certificates/secrets and app assignments.
- Use PowerShell to standardize account provisioning, bulk updates, and reporting.
- Perform periodic access reviews, remediate findings, and update documentation/runbooks.




- Monitor identity health dashboards and alerts; respond to incidents and support escalations.
- Collaborate with endpoint, compute, and collaboration teams to align policies and service changes.

Skills:

- Technical Proficiency: Entra ID, AD DS, SSO protocols (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2), MFA/CA, access reviews, automation (PowerShell).
- Analytical: Root‑cause analysis; audit/readiness metrics; risk‑based access decisions.
- Communication: Incident summaries; change narratives; stakeholder updates.
- Problem‑Solving & Detail: Complex troubleshooting; accurate policy/config hygiene.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 8-10 years of experience
