About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern - Talent Acquisition who can help us find and recruit exceptional talent across our technology, AI, creative, design, and marketing teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Indeed, job portals, communities, and other platforms.
- Proactively search for talented candidates instead of relying only on applications.
- Understand each role and identify what makes a candidate suitable for it.
- Screen resumes, portfolios, previous work, and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and evaluate skill tests according to Fazinflo’s standards.
- Assess candidates based on their actual skills, not just their resumes.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and recruitment records.




- Manage candidates through the complete hiring process from sourcing to selection.
- Help us identify exceptional talent across creative and technical roles.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 months
- Type: Unpaid internship
- Stipend: No stipend overall, ₹3000 only if have 1 year of experience.
- Certificate: Internship certificate upon successful completion of 6 months
- PPO: High-performing candidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer for a full-time position at Fazinflo.
