We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team and support our recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

? Job Role: HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, coordinating the pre-joining and onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and supporting a positive candidate and employee experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, HR rounds, offer preparation, and offer sharing.
- Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, and placement teams for campus hiring.
- Manage the complete pre-joining and onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, employee records, induction, and confirmation processes.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates from offer acceptance through joining to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure ID cards, access rights, and other facilities are ready before the employee joins.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist with other HR processes and activities as required.




- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.

✅ Required Skills

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new HR responsibilities
