Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month(Target Based)

Experience: 1 Year

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5.5

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.

This is a target-based remote role, suitable for candidates who are self-driven, good at communication, and comfortable working with daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
- Maintain candidate recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Achieve assigned monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
- 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with good communication skills and recruitment knowledge may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
