Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Lead recruitment and hiring across functions, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage monthly attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and employee salary-related queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, labour laws and applicable registrations/returns.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, personnel files and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
- Track attendance, attrition, manpower costs and other key HR MIS.
- Coordinate with management on performance management, appraisals and increments.
- Manage employee engagement, training, induction and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for payroll, compliance and recruitment wherever required.




- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable labour and employment regulations.
- Provide regular HR dashboards/MIS to management covering hiring, attrition, attendance, payroll and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 6–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an SME, services, consulting, manufacturing or multi-location organisation.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment + payroll + compliance + HR operations.
- Good working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and labour-law compliance.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and interact directly with senior management.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
