Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP Intern to support our HR and people management initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations in a rapid-paced, creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with team leads and managers to understand and address people-related requirements
- Support employee engagement and team-building initiatives
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and collect feedback
- Assist in tracking employee performance, KRAs, KPIs, and productivity
- Support performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Assist in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Help manage and maintain HR documentation, employee databases, and trackers
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Identify employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution




- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives
- Prepare basic HR reports and insights for management

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR Business Partnering and People Management
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
