Designer - Hospitality3 - 5 years of experience

Malik Architecture is on a look out for a Designer to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced designer to lead Hospitality and Commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated and have robust time management, communication, coordination skills and ability to multi-task along with exceptional architecture and interior design abilities.

Expectations

- Experience leading project teams from concept to completion
- Strong skills in concept development, space planning and FF&E;
- Proven experience and strong creative ability
- Understand and audit interpretation of briefings
- Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, makers, artisans and suppliers
- Ability to build strong work relationships, internally and externally
- Ability to read,



understand and correct technical drawings from engineers, architects and makers along with strong drawing skills

Requirements
- Architecture or Interior Design degree or equivalent
- Portfolio should include Residential, Hospitality and Commercial Projects
- Exceptional Graphical Communication skills through sketches and diagrams
- Strong technical drawing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong ability to Professionally Communicate written and spoken English
- Proficiency in CAD, 3D SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Proficiency in Revit is an advantage
