Role Description This is a full time remote role for a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) Fundraiser. The HNI Fundraiser will identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential and existing HNI donors, including business leaders, philanthropists, and family offices. Day-to-day work will include outreach through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions as needed, presenting the trust’s initiatives, and tailoring proposals to donor interests.

The role involves developing fundraising strategies, maintaining detailed donor records, coordinating with internal program teams to align fundraising goals with project needs, and preparing regular reports on fundraising progress. The HNI Fundraiser will also contribute to organizing donor events, stewardship activities, and long-term engagement plans to strengthen and grow the trust’s donor base.





Qualifications

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence HNI donors or senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, persuasive presentation abilities, and comfort with virtual and in-person meetings.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or donor relations, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, including the ability to analyze donor potential, segment prospects, and design customized engagement plans.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling donor information and financial discussions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple donor relationships remotely.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM or donor management systems, along with proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documents).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in fundraising, management, communications, or social work are an advantage.
- Prior experience working with HNI donors, corporate CSR teams, or philanthropic foundations is highly beneficial.
- Genuine interest in social impact and alignment with the mission and values of Shri Hari Radha Madhav Charitable Trust.
