Job Responsibilities :

● Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across web and mobile platforms, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

● Define and execute BelleVie’s product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.

● Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a strong product culture and ownership mindset.

● Collaborate with design, engineering, business, and leadership teams to align on product goals and customer experience priorities.

● Build, maintain, and scale product processes, frameworks, and best practices to support growth.

● Define and prioritize product features for web and mobile platforms based on user needs, business goals, and market opportunities.

● Create product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

● Develop customer journeys, personas, and feature workflows to enhance user experience and engagement.

● Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve products and identify opportunities.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility, timely execution, and high-quality delivery.

● Present and defend product decisions with clear rationale based on business impact,



customer insights, data, and strategic priorities.

● Maintain and evolve product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.

● Continually stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Required

● Proven 8+ years of experience in Product Management with leadership experience.

● Strong experience managing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms.

● Proven expertise in roadmap planning, agile product development, and stakeholder management.

● Strong understanding of UX principles, customer behavior, and product growth strategies.

● Solid analytical, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.

● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business, user, and technical needs.

Minimum Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or

Diploma in Computer Science / IT with relevant hands-on experience or Equivalent practical experience or certifications in software development (for fresher or self-taught candidates)
