We are looking for a high-ownership Head of Operations – US to lead strategic growth projects and support US operations. The role involves managing operations, owning project P&L;, working closely with customers, vendors and operators, and driving the volume and quality of data collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth projects and support US operations.
- Own P&L; for projects and operations.
- Work closely with customers, vendors and operators to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency and growth.
- Manage and scale a contributor base of thousands of people.
- Forecast data demand and contributor/supply capacity.
- Develop operational plans to meet customer and business requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, costs and business outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to increase the volume and quality of data collected.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Support business growth through effective resource and operations management.
- Work with teams operating across different time zones, including EST/PST hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, budgeting and operational metrics.
- Experience managing large teams, contributor networks or distributed workforces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to forecast demand, capacity and resource requirements.
- Strong customer and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Comfortable working with US time zones (EST/PST) when required.
- Solid ownership and execution mindset.
Compensation
Compensation: No fixed cap; bonuses are strongly linked to the P&L; owned by the individual.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
