We are looking for a high-ownership Head of Operations – India to lead strategic growth projects and support India operations. The role involves managing projects and operations, owning P&L;, coordinating with vendors, operators and customers, and driving the volume and quality of data collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth projects and support India operations.
- Own the P&L; for assigned projects and operations.
- Work closely with vendors, operators and customers to drive operational growth.
- Increase the volume of high-quality data collected.
- Forecast data demand and contributor/supply capacity.
- Work with vendors to resolve operational challenges and remove bottlenecks.
- Develop SOPs for high-quality data capture and ensure compliance across the network.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and maintain strong communication.
- Travel as required, up to 25%.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in operations, project management, business growth, or a similar high-ownership role.
- Comfortable working with vendors and operational teams.
- Ability to forecast demand and capacity.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
- Ability to build and implement SOPs.
- Comfortable with travel up to 25%.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is uncapped, with bonuses strongly linked to the P&L; owned by the candidate.
