Head of Ecommerce and Quick Commerce - Beauty & Personal Care - Faridabad - 8-12 YearsSummary We are looking for a commercially accountable Ecommerce leader with 8-12 years of experience across ecommerce, digital commerce, marketplaces or quick commerce. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership of channel P&L;, platform planning, trade investment, category and assortment strategy, and senior platform relationships.

Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or consumer businesses, along with strong team leadership and commercial acumen, is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Owning commercial performance and channel P&L; across India marketplaces and quick commerce.
- Setting annual and quarterly channel plans and leading platform joint business plans.
- Leading senior platform negotiations across trade investment, visibility, promotions and growth programmes.
- Setting category, assortment and portfolio priorities across platforms and consumer segments.
- Setting marketplace media priorities and commercial guardrails for availability, fill rate, listing quality and ratings.
- Using revenue, contribution margin, market share, ranking, conversion and repeat purchase metrics to drive decisions.
- Aligning Brand, D2C, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product and Operations teams around the India commerce plan.
- Leading managers and specialist teams through clear ownership and commercial priorities.

Requirements

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, digital commerce,



quick commerce, marketplaces or consumer business leadership.
- Proven ownership of Indian online revenue or channel P&L; across marketplaces, quick commerce or D2C.
- Strong experience in contribution margin management, pricing, promotions, category and assortment decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in platform joint business planning, trade investment and senior platform relationships.
- Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or consumer category experience is preferred.
- Proven experience leading managers or specialist teams across Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product and Operations.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement with experience using business and operating metrics for decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive ownership without taking over specialist execution.
