What You’ll Do

- Social media posters: Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- YouTube thumbnails: Create attention-grabbing thumbnails that are visually strong and designed to improve clicks.
- Content creatives: Convert copy, campaign ideas and briefs into clean and compelling visual designs.
- Brand consistency: Follow existing brand guidelines while developing fresh visual ideas.
- Creative experimentation: Explore new layouts, typography, visual styles, trends and formats for social media.
- Team collaboration: Work with content writers,



social media managers, video editors and marketers to execute campaigns.
- Revisions: Take feedback positively and make quick, accurate design changes.
- Trend awareness: Keep up with current social-media design trends, memes, formats and visual references.

Requirements

• A fresher or someone with up to 1 year of design experience.
- Good understanding of basic design principles such as typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing and color.
- Comfortable with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva. You do not need to know everything—we value strong fundamentals and willingness to learn.
- A good eye for clean, contemporary and social-media-friendly design.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate an idea into a visual.
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new design styles, tools and trends.
- A portfolio is preferred, but academic, personal or self-initiated projects are absolutely welcome.
