We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-converting ad creatives, develop engaging visual concepts, and support the growth of D2C brands through performance-
driven design.

To strengthen our D2C creative team by creating high-converting ad creatives that make products look their best, with an eye for detail that keeps our advertising both compelling and effective.
What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing ad
creatives for social media. D2C work is a strong plus.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Advanced retouching skills —
clean masking, cutouts, colour correction, realistic shadows and reflections, and compositing products into lifestyle scenes.
- Working knowledge of AI design tools — Photoshop’s Generative Fill and Expand, AI
background and scene generation, and tools like Midjourney for concepting and moodboarding — used to speed up production without compromising on quality or brand accuracy.
- Understanding of D2C ad formats and what drives clicks: offer hierarchy, price and
discount callouts, benefit-led copy placement, social proof, before/after, and UGC-style statics.
- Familiarity with metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and hook rate, and the ability to translate
that data into design decisions.
- Comfort producing multiple variations of a concept for testing, not just one polished final.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design perfection.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and design compelling, high-converting static ad creatives for various social and
ad platforms, aligned to each platform’s requirements and audience.
- Design offer-driven creatives for launches, sales, festive campaigns, and always-on
retargeting.
- Produce structured creative variations (hook, layout, offer framing, colour) to support
systematic testing.
- Ensure all designs adhere to clients’ brand guidelines and reflect our company’s vision
and ethos.
- Stay updated on the latest design and advertising trends, integrating creative
techniques into our campaigns.
- Work closely with our performance marketing and content teams to align visuals with
campaign strategies.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions, incorporating suggestions to enhance design
work as needed.
- Regularly review past campaign performance to identify what’s working, and apply those
insights to future designs. What’s Necessary?
