Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee will support engineering and consultancy activities related to vertical transportation and façade access systems. This full time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a mix of office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in technical analysis and design reviews, preparing calculations, drawings, and reports, and supporting project documentation and coordination.

The trainee will contribute to feasibility studies, data collection,



and performance assessments for lifts, escalators, façades, and access systems under guidance from senior engineers. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, attending client or design meetings as required, and learning industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, perform basic calculations, and support engineering evaluations.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan tasks, track progress, and support on-time delivery of project milestones.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering knowledge, ideally with exposure to building services or systems engineering.
- Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering or related applied engineering skills that support understanding of equipment, materials, and fabrication processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD tools or engineering software is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and pay close attention to technical detail and safety requirements.
- Interest in building design, vertical transportation, façade engineering, or construction consultancy is highly beneficial.
