Position Overview

We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience building scalable web applications across frontend, backend, databases, AI integrations and third-party APIs.

The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end features, integrating external platforms, designing APIs, working with multi-tenant architectures, and collaborating with frontend, backend, AI/ML, QA, DevOps and product teams.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong ownership from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment and production support.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

- Develop scalable applications using React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Build reusable components and responsive interfaces.
- Work with Next.js App Router.
- Integrate REST APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization and role-based interfaces.
- Develop dashboards, forms, workflows and data-driven interfaces.
- Use state-management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, React Query or Zustand.
- Optimize frontend performance and user experience.

Backend Development

- Develop backend applications using Python, Django and Django REST Framework.
- Develop high-performance APIs and services using FastAPI.
- Use Django ORM effectively.
- Design RESTful APIs and service interfaces.
- Implement authentication, authorization and RBAC.
- Develop background jobs and asynchronous workflows.
- Implement webhooks and event-driven integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable and testable code.

Database Development

- Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
- Create effective database schemas and relationships.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Implement indexes and query optimization.
- Handle transactions and database migrations.
- Work with JSON/JSONB data where appropriate.
- Identify and resolve database performance issues.

Multi-Tenant ArchitectureHands-on understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture is required.
