Full Stack Developer – R&D;

Naatscorp is looking for a Full Stack Developer with robust R&D; and product development experience to build innovative solutions at the intersection of medical devices, AI/ML, robotics, IoT, HMI, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive R&D;, PoC, prototype development, system integration, and productization of software solutions.
- Develop scalable frontend, backend, and HMI applications using React.js, Flutter, Kotlin, Python/FastAPI, Django, and Node.js.
- Integrate embedded hardware, IoT devices, AI/ML models, robotics, and cloud platforms.
- Develop real-time communication using MQTT, WebSockets, and RESTful APIs.
- Design and manage cloud-based platforms for remote device monitoring, data analysis, and IoT device management.
- Optimize data flow between medical devices, cloud storage, and relational/NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase.
- Develop edge-computing and AI-enabled applications for medical and assistive technologies.
- Deploy applications using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement secure software aligned with medical-device cybersecurity and data privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with Hardware, Embedded, AI/ML, Robotics, Mechanical, and Product R&D; teams.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware-software integration issues and support system testing and validation.

Required Tech Skills & Experience

Frontend & HMI

- React.js, Flutter, Kotlin
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Backend & AI Integration
- Python, Django,



FastAPI, and/or Node.js
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications
- WebSockets, MQTT, and RESTful APIs

Database & Cloud
- Relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
- NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Firebase
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, remote monitoring, and IoT device management

Security & Compliance
- Understanding of medical-device cybersecurity best practices
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, HIPAA, and GDPR is desirable

Containerization & DevOps
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git and version-control workflows

R&D; & Product Development
- Experience developing PoCs, prototypes, technology demonstrators, and integrated systems
- Ability to research and evaluate new technologies and convert concepts into working solutions
- Experience working with AI/ML, embedded systems, IoT, robotics, or medical devices is highly desirable

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, particularly for hardware-software integration
- Good time management and ability to work in an Agile R&D; environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary engineering and R&D; teams

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with strong R&D;/product development exposure.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, assistive technology, robotics, IoT, or deep-tech R&D; is an added advantage.
