Key Must-Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Frontend Technical Lead / Engineering Lead roles.
- Robust experience in Frontend Architecture, Component-Based Architecture, Design Systems, and Micro Frontend Architecture.
- Good understanding of Module Federation, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, Context API.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets and frontend performance optimization.
- Hands-on exposure to Vite, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms – Azure / AWS.
- Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP, WCAG and ARIA.
- Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:

- Storybook, Nx Monorepo, TurboRepo.
- Figma / Adobe XD.
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
- Experience in Product Engineering and building reusable Design Systems.
