We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry to handle day-to-day accounting and shipment-related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting transactions and entries.
- Prepare customer invoices and verify vendor invoices.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Track customer outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Handle freight, shipping, transportation and other logistics-related charges.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS and other basic statutory accounting activities.
- Prepare debit notes and credit notes.
- Maintain proper documentation for import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams regarding billing and payment issues.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports using Excel.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.




- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Accounts preferred.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage invoices, payments and outstanding follow-ups.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics accounts will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
