About the Role

Acelot Innovation Private Limited is expanding its Blue & Grey Collar workforce hiring practice to support large enterprise hiring mandates across South and West India. We are looking for recruiters who can independently source, screen, coordinate, and ensure successful candidate joinings.

Roles You Will Recruit For

- Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC & MEP Technicians
- Maintenance Technicians, Welders & Fabricators
- Machine Operators, ITI & Diploma Technicians
- Engineers, Production & Manufacturing Workforce
- Housekeeping & Facility Management Staff
- Warehouse, Logistics & Last-Mile Workforce
- Other Blue & Grey Collar roles as per client requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through referrals, WhatsApp groups, ITIs, polytechnics, job portals, job fairs, and field sourcing.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements.
- Screen candidates based on skills, location, salary expectations, and job fit.
- Brief candidates about salary, shifts, worksite, and benefits before interviews.




- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Complete documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate candidate mobilisation and deployment.
- Maintain regular follow-up until the candidate joins.
- Maintain recruitment records and support retention/replacement requirements.
- Achieve monthly joining targets.

Required Skills

- Strong candidate sourcing network across blue & grey collar roles.
- Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment.
- Understanding of manufacturing, technician, facility management, and logistics profiles.
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and candidate follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented approach with solid coordination abilities.
