About The Vent Room The Vent Room is a mental wellness app building a safe space for young people to be heard. Users share voice stories, join live circles, and connect with trained listeners, all without judgement or the pressure to perform. Beyond the app, we host offline Vent Room experiences. We're in our 0 to 1 journey, and this is your chance to be part of it from the ground up, working directly with our founding team.

The Role

We're handpicking a small group of exceptional students from 20 of India's top colleges to lead The Vent Room's growth on campus. This is not a typical campus ambassador role. As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll build our presence at your college from zero: you'll own the growth strategy, hire and lead your own team of 4–5 Campus Ambassadors, and work alongside the founding team on strategy and research projects.

What You'll Do

- Build and lead a team: Hire, train and manage 4–5 Campus Ambassadors.
- Own the strategy: Design your college's engagement plan across Instagram, WhatsApp and on-campus events.
- Drive growth: Run experiments, track results and scale what works.
- Generate insights: Understand student needs and shape the product with the founding team.
- Work with the founding team: Contribute to high-impact strategy,



growth and research projects.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for the most ambitious students on campus: people who lead societies, run fests, and make things happen. You should be:

- A 2nd or 3rd year student at one of the eligible colleges
- A natural leader with a solid campus network
- A sharp communicator who can recruit and inspire peers
- A self-starter who thrives on ownership, moves fast and delivers results
- Someone who cares about student wellbeing and wants to build a career in startups, strategy or growth

Compensation

Performance-based stipend for top performers:

- Top 2–3 interns: ₹5,000/month (₹10,000 total)
- Next 3–4 interns: ₹3,000/month (₹6,000 total)

Performance is evaluated on strategy, execution, team management and results.

Only students currently enrolled at these colleges are eligible.
