The OpportunityWe are looking for Freelance Business Development Associates who can independently identify, approach and convert prospective students.

This is an entrepreneurial, performance-based role. BVS will provide the product, brand assets, sales information and qualified support during the closing process but you are responsible for finding your own prospects and generating your own leads.

What You'll Do

- Identify potential students who are interested in creative careers, video editing, content creation, motion design and AI.
- Generate leads independently through your own network, communities, social media, college connections, referrals, events and other legitimate channels.
- Initiate conversations with prospective students.




- Understand their career goals and determine whether BVS is relevant to them.
- Present the Creative Intelligence Fellowship and explain its value.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the BVS team when a prospect is ready for further discussion or enrollment.
- Maintain a simple record of prospects, conversations and conversions.

Compensation₹5,000 for every successful student enrollment. There is no fixed salary and no guaranteed monthly payment.

Example

5 enrollments = ₹25,000

10 enrollments = ₹50,000

20 enrollments = ₹1,00,000

The more qualified prospects you generate and convert, the more you earn.

BVS does not provide leads for this role.

You are expected to independently source prospects.
