The Neighbourhood
Gurugram
Company Description The Neighbourhood is building a holistic ecosystem to support children and their families through thoughtfully designed guidance, community, and physical spaces. Its daily AI-powered Guidance tool is trained on real workshop hours and classroom observations to offer personalized support, paired with curated development materials that families can return for credit as children grow. The Neighbours community provides parent education, workshops, and credible answers that focus on evidence-based insights instead of trends.
The Spaces are child-centered campuses in Gurugram, based on the Eklavya methodology and forty years of play-based learning, adapted for contemporary Indian family life. Founded by parents Sakshi and Rachit, The Neighbourhood is a small, mission-driven team dedicated to rebuilding the “village” that helps raise children.
Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic and operational initiatives across The Neighbourhood’s products and campuses. This internship role is on-site in Gurugram and involves assisting with research, data gathering, and preparing briefs and documents that inform product decisions, parent programs, and operational processes. The intern will help coordinate workshops and events, support communication with partners and stakeholders, and contribute to improving internal workflows and documentation.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include organizing information, tracking project progress,
preparing presentations, and contributing to experiments that enhance parent and child experiences. The role offers exposure to mission-driven early-stage building, with direct insight into decision-making, experimentation, and implementation.
