This isn't a "fetch coffee and update spreadsheets" internship. You'll be on the front lines of our business — talking to real leads, managing real pipelines, and learning how a high-ticket coaching business actually runs from the inside.

Role Description

- Call & follow up with leads — You're the first voice people hear from us. You'll reach out to prospects, qualify interest, and help schedule discovery calls. (Scripts and training provided.)
- Keep our CRM sharp — Every lead, every status update, every follow-up tracked and clean. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Confirm & coordinate calls — Make sure scheduled calls actually happen — reminders, reschedules, no-shows, all of it.
- Support the Founder as an EA — Help with scheduling, coordination, and whatever operational tasks keep the business running smoothly.

What You Will Learn

Most internships teach you how to follow instructions. This one teaches you how to run a business.





You'll get a front-row seat to how leads become customers, how a founder makes decisions, and how a premium service is positioned and sold. If you're sharp and hungry, this is a crash course you won't get in any MBA classroom.

Qualifications

- Graduates (any discipline) — this is a full-time commitment, so if you're still studying, this isn't the right fit.
- Fluent in English — spoken and written. This is non-negotiable. You'll be speaking with senior professionals daily.
- Hard-working and ethical — We care about character as much as capability. Cut corners and you're out. Show ownership and there's no ceiling.
