Role Description The Founder's Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, NY, supporting the founder across strategic, operational, and administrative activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing reports and presentations, and tracking key metrics for business initiatives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, following up with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely execution of priorities.

The associate will help manage the founder’s calendar, organize meetings, document decisions and action items, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.



This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to building and scaling a consumer marketplace brand.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including experience gathering market insights and synthesizing data into explicit recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare structured documents, presentations, and concise summaries for leadership.
- Organizational and project management skills, including task prioritization, follow-up, and coordination across multiple teams or stakeholders.
- Comfort with technology tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms, and basic data analysis applications.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and exercise sound judgment in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Management, or a related field; prior experience in a startup, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment is a plus.
- Interest in retail, fashion, or intimatewear and willingness to learn about category dynamics, customer behavior, and partner brand needs.
