Role Description The Franchise Sales Intern will support the expansion of RAPIDRY’s franchise network through lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-up communication. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves researching potential franchise partners, preparing basic sales materials, maintaining lead databases, and assisting in scheduling meetings and presentations. The intern will help respond to franchise inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to share information with prospects, and track progress against sales targets.

The role also includes supporting market analysis, gathering competitor insights,



and contributing to reports and presentations for the franchise sales team.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in sales, franchising, and business development, with the ability to learn and apply basic sales concepts.
- Valuable communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in speaking with potential partners and internal stakeholders.
- Basic research and analytical skills to identify prospects, understand markets, and prepare simple reports.
- Organizational skills to manage data, maintain lead trackers, and follow structured processes.
- Comfort with using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a quick-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and openness to feedback and mentorship.
