Company Description BCC Media Network is a New Media and Distribution Network. We currently own more than 35 digital properties across social platforms with a combined monthly viewership of over 450M.

We also work on building IPs, shows, series for our media network as well as Brands.

Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role supports the founder across strategy, operations, and special projects, acting as a bridge between vision and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing briefs and presentations, outreach, public positioning, event planning, tracking project outcomes, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The individual will help prioritize initiatives, streamline workflows, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on key actions. The role is designed for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in quick-paced environments, and is comfortable working closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications





- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Public Communication, Outreach should be a strong skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management capabilities, including task prioritization, deadline management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Comfort with digital tools and productivity software; familiarity with AI-driven tools or media/marketing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, economics, media, or a related field; relevant experience in consulting, startups, or founder support roles is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in internet culture, media, or content-driven businesses and a willingness to learn quickly.
