We are seeking a Founding Engineer to own core AI/LLM technology and production systems end-to-end. If you thrive in ambiguity and love shipping high-impact products from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

- Own problems across the AI agent, evaluations and product
- Build and improve LLM-powered systems
- Design how the AI behaves across a full user session
- Build evaluation systems to measure AI performance and learning
- Build product experiences around AI interactions




- Work on voice, thinking, drawing and conversational interactions
- Ship and iterate on production features
- Take ownership of whatever the product needs next

- 2+ years of experience building production systems
- Solid understanding of LLMs
- Experience with prompting, structured outputs, tool use and evals
- Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar
- Strong engineering depth and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with undefined scope and taking end-to-end ownership
