Company Description Diwakar Solar is a clean energy platform focused on developing and operating high-quality renewable assets, including 100 MW of solar projects under PM-KUSUM. The company is expanding into Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with a planned pipeline of 350 MWh, working closely with DISCOMs and other sovereign-rated government bodies.

Diwakar Solar builds infrastructure designed for long-term reliability and strong operational performance. Its vision is to become a fully integrated clean energy platform, combining renewable infrastructure with AI and advanced analytics to optimize asset performance, storage deployment, and grid reliability across India.

Role Summary The Finance Manager will own project-level fund flow and banking relationships across Diwakar's SPV portfolio, and will support financial closure, lender coordination, and covenant compliance for new and existing project debt. This role works closely with the leadership team and reports into the CFO / Finance Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project funds and cash flow across SPVs, ensuring timely availability and proper utilization of funds.

- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for fund transfers, project financing, LC/BG issuance, and working capital facilities.
- Support financial closure of current SPVs — liaise with lenders on term sheets, documentation,



disbursement conditions, and drawdown schedules.
- Track loan covenants, security creation, and compliance requirements across project-level debt.
- Monitor project-wise expenses, payments, and receivables; drive timely collections and DSO management.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and fund-utilization updates to management.
- Liaise with lenders and internal teams on periodic reporting and covenant certifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 5–8 years of experience in project finance, treasury, or fund management.
- Prior experience in EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with banking coordination, LC/BG issuance, and working capital management.
- Working knowledge of SPV-level financing structures, financial closure processes, and lender documentation.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across banks, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

CTC: ₹18–25 LPA
