Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager at Infinite NXT.

The Finance

Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support the company’s growth and stability.

Responsibilities include monitoring investment performance, analyzing financial data, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls. The role also involves collaborating with product, operations, and leadership teams to optimize revenue, manage financial risks, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to manage cash flow and optimize resource allocation.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, including interpreting data, preparing management reports, and supporting strategic decisions.
- Experience with risk management and compliance, including knowledge of relevant financial regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Comfort with financial software, spreadsheets, and analytics tools, along with attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in fintech, investments, or financial services is beneficial, especially in fast-growing or digital-first organizations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
