- Manage overall Finance and Accounts operations.

- Monitor receivables, payables, banking, and working capital.
- Control expenses and monitor manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.

Qualification

CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com

Experience

5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Manufacturing / Agrochemical / Fertilizer / Pesticide industries.

Skills

Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, Tally/ERP, MS Excel, Financial Reporting, and Team Management.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
