Eligibility

Current or recent graduate from a renowned fashion or management school

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) ,Shopify, Canva

Detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about working in a rapid-paced fashion environment

Prior internship experience in brand management (preferred but not mandatory)

About the Role

We’re looking for a management intern to support the growing teams at Siyona by Ankurita (an artisanal womenswear label) and Shop SISI (a bold Gen Z-forward fashion brand).

This is a cross-functional role that blends adminitrative work along with communications, design research, content, and brand development — ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience across both the creative and strategic sides of fashion.

Key Responsibilities

- Website & E-commerce Support

Assist with day-to-day Shopify backend management

Help with website updates, product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory, and merchandising

Support basic website-related tasks and ensure products and content are updated accurately

- Marketing & Brand Communications

Assist with social media content, emailers, customer relationship for both brands

Support visual content development — reels, lookbooks, posts, etc.

- Design and Operations Support

Contribute to moodboarding, trend spotting, and seasonal concept building

Support the team during photoshoots (pre-production + on-ground execution)

Help with production follow-ups, inventory, and basic order management

- Provide administrative support to the founder
