Role Description The Experiential Educator – K–12 Learning Programmes is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves designing and delivering experiential learning sessions for K–12 students, aligned with school curricula and program objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons and activities for travel-based programs, facilitating workshops and educational modules during trips, and ensuring student safety, engagement, and reflection throughout each experience.

The Educator will collaborate with school staff and internal teams to customize programs, provide pre- and post-trip orientations, and document learning outcomes.



The role also includes supporting teacher training related to experiential learning, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and continuously improving program content and delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with K–12 students in school or program settings.
- Proficiency in curriculum alignment, especially for experiential or activity-based learning.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to facilitate group discussions, lead activities, and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Training, such as conducting workshops or orientations for students, educators, or parents.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Child Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Ability to manage groups during travel-based programs, including strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort with on-site work, field visits, and travel as required by program schedules.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to learner-centered pedagogy, safety, and inclusive educational practices.
- Handle student groups confidently during school programmes, excursions and experiential learning activities.




- Be prepared to manage real-time situations and solve problems independently while travelling.
- Assist in developing and improving educational activities and programme content.
- Represent Young Edsplorer professionally while working with schools and educational institutions.
- Travel extensively across India and internationally for programme execution.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

- Bachelor's Degree in Education / B.Ed. or equivalent education-related qualification.
- National Teachers Training / recognised teacher training certification or equivalent professional teacher-training qualification.
