Role Description This is a full time Executive role based on-site at Aavas Financiers Ltd. in Jaipur. The Executive will support day-to-day branch operations, including processing housing loan applications, verifying documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves regular interaction with prospective and existing customers to explain products, gather required information, and provide status updates on applications.





The Executive will assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting collection and follow-up activities as needed. The position requires collaboration with branch and regional teams to meet business targets while upholding high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage loan processing activities, including documentation verification, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with diverse customer segments in rural and semi-urban markets.
- Basic financial and analytical skills to understand housing finance products, assess customer eligibility, and support credit evaluation.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic computer applications for reporting, documentation, and workflow management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow processes and compliance guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience in NBFCs or housing finance is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, adapt to field-level realities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with local languages in Rajasthan and knowledge of the regional market will be considered beneficial.
