Shift: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM or 2:00 AM–9:00 AM, depending on project requirements

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL / Data QA Tester with 5 years of experience in SQL, ETL Testing, Functional Testing, and UI Testing.

The candidate will be responsible for data validation, testing data pipelines, identifying defects, and ensuring data accuracy across source and target systems. Experience with Azure Databricks and Snowflake will be preferred.

This is a fully remote contractual chance involving work with a US-based client.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform ETL and data validation testing.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source and target systems.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation and testing.
- Perform Functional and UI Testing.
- Prepare, execute, and maintain test cases.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
- Perform regression and integration testing as required.
- Collaborate with development and project teams to resolve testing issues.
- Support production-related bugs and data issues when required.
- Maintain test results, defect reports, and other testing documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 years of relevant experience in QA, ETL Testing, or Data Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
- Strong experience in ETL Testing.




- Experience in Functional Testing and UI Testing.
- Good understanding of data validation and database testing.
- Experience in test case preparation and execution.
- Good defect reporting and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure Databricks.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Exposure to cloud databases and data platforms.
- Experience working with US or international clients.
- Experience in production support and resolving data-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidate must be based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable working from home.
- Comfortable with the specified working hours.
- Willing to work under a contractual engagement.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with remote teams.
