We are seeking a hyper-focused, performance-driven Email Marketer specializing in outbound B2B lead generation.
In this role, your success is measured by the bottom line: meeting daily lead targets and generating booked meetings.
You will own our entire cold email engine. This includes technical inbox setup and deliverability management, outbound sequence building, and daily campaign optimization.
Because this is a pure performance role, 25% of your total compensation will be directly tied to meeting your targets and performance incentives.
Core Responsibilities
- Cold Email Infrastructure Management: Set up, monitor, and scale outbound infrastructure. Maintain healthy email sending volumes using Instantly for inbox warming and deliverability management.
- Technical Deliverability Ownership: Ensure maximum inbox placement by properly configuring and monitoring domain technical requirements, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and custom tracking domains.
- Lead Sourcing & Sequence Building:
Utilize Apollo to build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), filter out bad data, and build high-converting cold email sequences.
- CRM Operations & Lead Routing: Manage and sync all positive replies, leads, and operational workflows inside HubSpot or any other CRM, to ensure the sales team can act on warm leads immediately.
- Daily Hit Rate & Lead Optimization: Meet and exceed strict daily lead generation targets. Continuously tweak copy variations, angles, hooks, and offer structures to maximize response rates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
