Job Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel parents and students about Classic Learn courses.
- Explain course details, fees, curriculum, projects and enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into paid enrollments.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Work towards improving lead conversion and enrollment numbers.
Salary Structure
- Fixed Salary Performance-Based Variable
- Total earning: Up to ₹10,000/month, depending on target achievement.
- Variable component is linked to individual performance and successful enrollments.
- Higher performance may lead to higher variable earnings as per the company's incentive structure.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident communication with parents and students.
- Good counselling and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and internet knowledge.
- Previous experience in education counselling, telecalling or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a target-oriented attitude can also apply.
- Smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection required for work from home.
