We are looking for a commercially accountable Head of Ecommerce & Quick Commerce to lead India marketplace and quick commerce operations and drive profitable channel growth. The role will own channel P&L;, annual and quarterly planning, platform partnerships, trade investment, category and assortment strategy, marketplace media priorities, and cross-functional commercial performance.

Responsibilities

- Own commercial performance and channel P&L; for the India marketplace and quick commerce portfolio.
- Set annual and quarterly channel plans and lead platform joint business plans.
- Lead senior platform negotiations across trade investment, visibility, promotions, and growth programmes.
- Set category, assortment, and portfolio priorities across platforms and consumer segments.
- Set marketplace media priorities and commercial expectations around availability, fill rate, listing quality, ratings, and issue resolution.

Requirements

- Typically 8 to 12 years of relevant ecommerce, digital commerce, quick commerce, marketplace, or consumer business leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of Indian online revenue or channel P&L; across marketplaces, quick commerce, or D2C, including contribution margin management.
- Strong experience in platform joint business planning, trade investment, pricing, promotions, category, and assortment decisions.




- Experience managing senior relationships with ecommerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or another consumer category is preferred.
