About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Order Processing Executive to join a growing retail business on behalf of our client. This mid-level role is suited to a candidate with two to four years of hands-on experience working within an e-commerce or online retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day order processing across multiple online platforms, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a high standard of customer satisfaction.

You will monitor stock availability, liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch, and resolve any order queries or discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner. A working knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar marketplace tools is expected, along with confidence using inventory management or ERP systems. Strong communication skills, a methodical approach to workload management, and the ability to prioritise effectively during peak trading periods are essential.
