Role Description The Dispatch and Logistics Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Serampore, responsible for ensuring smooth and timely distribution of dairy products. In this role, the associate coordinates daily dispatch activities, including packing orders, organizing delivery schedules, and monitoring product movement from warehouse to customer. The position involves managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with delivery teams to minimize delays and errors.

The associate also communicates with internal stakeholders and, when required,



with customers to resolve delivery-related issues, support service quality, and uphold company standards for freshness and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Packing skills to ensure accurate, safe, and hygienic handling of dairy products.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, prevent shortages, and reduce wastage.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with teams and address delivery or product-related concerns.
- Basic proficiency with dispatch or inventory software and comfort working with spreadsheets or warehouse management tools.
- Attention to detail, reliability in time-sensitive operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, in office logistics environment.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.
