Key Responsibilities The Director will lead and scale the India delivery capability supporting PwC US M&A; IT engagements, with primary focus on IT carve-outs, separations and integrations across Infrastructure and Cyber. The role will lead a 50+ person team spanning Senior Associate through Senior Manager and will be accountable for technical leadership, program execution, delivery quality, talent development and strong integration with PwC US teams.

Strategic &

- Technical Leadership

- Lead delivery of complex M&A; IT carve-outs and integrations across Cloud/Data Center, Network &
- Telecom, Identity &
- Access, Cyber Security, End User Computing, Collaboration and IT Service Management.
- Provide cross-domain technical leadership—challenging solution designs, identifying dependencies and risks, and ensuring Infrastructure and Cyber workstreams come together into an executable Day 1, TSA and transition/exit plan.
- Build and continuously improve M&A; methodologies, playbooks, accelerators and AI-enabled delivery approaches that improve speed, quality and cost.
- Partner with PwC US leadership to shape delivery strategy, capabilities and capacity based on transaction pipeline and market needs.

Delivery &

- Client Leadership

- Provide hands-on leadership and execution oversight for large, complex and time-sensitive M&A; programs, ensuring quality,



predictability and accountability for outcomes.
- Drive integrated program management across multiple technical workstreams, vendors and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact critical transaction milestones.
- Establish strong working relationships with PwC US engagement teams and client stakeholders, operating as an extension of the onshore leadership team.
- Drive consistent delivery standards, quality reviews, risk management and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Manage demand, capacity, utilization and staffing to support a dynamic portfolio of simultaneous M&A; engagements.

People Leadership

- Lead, mentor and develop a 50+ person high-performing delivery organization, including Senior Associates, Managers and Senior Managers.
- Develop strong technical and program leaders capable of independently owning complex M&A; workstreams and engagements.
- Identify capability gaps and drive targeted hiring, upskilling and development aligned with evolving M&A; demand.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence and execution discipline across India and US teams.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

- 15+ years of technology consulting / professional services experience, including leadership of large Infrastructure and/or Cyber delivery organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading 50+ person global/offshore delivery teams in a client-services environment.
- Strong technical breadth across enterprise Infrastructure and Cyber,



with sufficient depth to challenge architecture, solution and execution decisions across multiple domains.
- Experience with M&A; IT carve-outs, separations, integrations, Day 1 readiness and TSA exits strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream technology programs with aggressive timelines and significant business dependencies.
- Strong understanding of offshore/global delivery models, including demand forecasting, capacity management, utilization, quality and talent development.
- Executive presence and strong client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior/C-level stakeholders.
- Robust problem-solving and execution orientation; able to quickly identify issues, drive decisions, remove roadblocks and hold teams accountable.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, highly matrixed and fast-paced professional services environment.
