Role Overview:

ADM is seeking a senior leader to establish and scale its Data, Analytics & AI organization within the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India. This role is accountable for building a high-performing global delivery organization, advancing ADM’s enterprise data strategy, and enabling the scaling of digital and AI-driven solutions across the business.

The Director will serve as a critical bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring the GCC operates as both a delivery engine and a center of excellence for data, analytics, and AI enablement.

Key Accountabilities:

GCC Build & Organizational Leadership:

- Establish and scale the Data, Analytics & AI function within the GCC, aligned to ADM’s global strategy
- Define the operating model, governance structure, and Ways of Working (WoW)
- Build and lead a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and AI enablement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Data & Analytics Delivery Excellence:

- Provide leadership oversight for end-to-end delivery across:
- Data platforms (Azure,



Databricks, SAP Datasphere)
- Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and governance
- Business intelligence and reporting (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau).

Ensure delivery outcomes meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and business value:

- Standardize tools, processes, and best practices across global teams.

AI & Digital Enablement:

- Partner with Digital & Innovation (D&I;) teams to scale AI and digital solutions across the enterprise
- Enable transition of solutions from ideation and prototyping to enterprise-scale deployment
- Ensure data readiness, governance, and platform capabilities to support AI initiatives
- Promote adoption of emerging technologies aligned with business priorities
- Own the delivery of data pipelines, feature stores, and model-serving infrastructure that underpin AI/ML workloads
- Define explicit boundaries between what the GCC AI team builds vs. supports, in coordination with the central D&I; team.

Portfolio & Value Management:

Translate enterprise strategy into a prioritized data, analytics, and AI roadmap:

- Establish demand intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks.

Track business value through KPIs, ROI, and advantages realization:

- Optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Global Alignment:

- Act as the primary interface between GCC and global leadership
- Collaborate with Delivery Directors and business stakeholders to align on priorities and capacity
- Communicate progress on delivery, talent, and innovation initiatives




- Build strong partnerships across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Master Data.

Talent Strategy & Culture:

- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of top-tier talent
- Establish structured career paths, mentorship programs, and capability development initiatives
- Embed ADM’s culture and values within the GCC
- Drive engagement, performance management, and retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

Leadership & Functional Expertise:

- 15+ years of experience in technology, with solid focus on Data & Analytics
- 8+ years in leadership roles building and managing global teams
- Proven experience in establishing or scaling global capability centers or delivery organizations
- Strong business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives to enterprise strategy.

Technical Expertise:

Required:

- Deep understanding of modern data platforms and ecosystems (Azure, Databricks, or equivalent)
- BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, quality, and migration
- Data engineering and analytics delivery at scale

Preferred ( but not mandatory):

- SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud experience
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML model development, MLOps, or automation pipelines
- Experience with digital product development or platform engineering
