Director - Corporate Communications Join a leading BFSI organization as an Associate Director - Corporate Communications and play a strategic role in shaping the organization's external narrative, reputation management, and media intelligence framework. This role requires a seasoned communications professional with prior journalism experience and strong expertise in BFSI media relations, strategic communication, editorial leadership, and reputation risk management.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies, external messaging, and stakeholder narratives.
- Advise senior leadership on media engagement, reputation risks, public affairs, and crisis communication.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, media houses, agencies, and external communication partners.
- Lead media intelligence, sentiment analysis, reporting, and dashboards across print, digital, TV, and social media.
- Analyze BFSI trends, regulatory developments, market narratives, and media coverage to drive strategic communication insights.

Requirements

- 16 - 22 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or Strategic Communications.
- Minimum 5 years of prior journalism experience is mandatory.
- Current/recent experience in BFSI, including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Ratings, or Fintech.
- Robust expertise in media intelligence, reputation management, crisis communication, editorial leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA/Master's preferred.
