Role DescriptionJay-Ho.com is looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence, audience engagement and event visibility.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who understands that strong marketing is more than posting content. You should be able to create engaging campaigns, grow online visibility, support event promotion and turn digital activity into measurable results.

You will also help build awareness and adoption of Jay-Ho.com’s event and ticketing solutions through compelling digital content, campaigns, event stories and organizer-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Jay-Ho.com’s presence across major social media platforms
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, short videos and digital campaigns
- Develop content calendars and marketing ideas for events, artists, interviews and community initiatives
- Promote live events and execute campaigns that increase awareness, reach and ticket sales
- Create digital campaigns and content that build awareness for Jay-Ho.com’s event and ticketing solutions
- Develop straightforward, engaging content that highlights a smooth ticket-buying and event experience
- Support promotional material for event organizers and partners, including event announcements, social posts and campaign assets
- Work with the team to identify website-content and campaign opportunities that attract event audiences and potential organizers
- Coordinate with content, design and technology teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively




- Improve website visibility through SEO best practices, including content optimization, keywords, titles and descriptions
- Monitor Google Search Console, website traffic, search rankings, social engagement and campaign performance
- Identify trends and create timely, relevant content around entertainment, culture and events
- Support email marketing, digital advertising and audience-retargeting campaigns when needed
- Track campaign results and share clear reports, insights and recommendations
- Explore and use relevant AI tools to make content creation and marketing more effective
- Maintain a professional, engaging and consistent Jay-Ho.com voice across platforms

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management or content marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and short-form video content
- Good writing and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and digital marketing tools
- Creative eye for content, visual storytelling and audience engagement
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proactive, organized and focused on outcomes—not only likes and followers
- Interest or prior experience in entertainment, events, media or consumer-focused brands is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred; relevant practical experience is equally valued
