Role Description

This is not a typical “post on Instagram” internship.

You will work at the intersection of content, growth, and data, helping us:

- create high-performing content
- analyze colleges data deeply
- and directly influence student decisions
- Internship Duration: 6 months

Note : This is a Paid Internship.

The first 2 months will be a structured evaluation period, where we closely work together and assess performance, consistency, and ownership.

High-performing interns will continue with the team and may be considered for long-term opportunities.

What You'll Do:

? Content & Growth

- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and short videos
- Own content performance (reach, engagement, growth—not just posting)
- Experiment with hooks, formats, and trends





? College Research & Insights

- Research Indian colleges (placements, ROI, cutoffs, rankings)
- Build structured comparisons students actually care about
- Turn insights into content (carousels, reels, posts)

? Ads & Marketing (Bonus)

- Assist in running and optimizing Meta/Google ads
- Test creatives and messaging for better conversions

? Community & Leads

- Engage with students/parents via comments & DMs
- Organize and qualify leads for the counseling team

What We're Looking For:

- Someone who can think, not just execute
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong research & analytical ability (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Clear communication skills (simple > fancy)
- Interest in education, careers, or student psychology

Bonus Points If You:

- Have grown a page (even a small one)
- Understand what content actually goes viral
- Can simplify complex data into easy insights
